I am a Vegan Chef with over 8 years experience within the food industry.

Ever since I was a child I knew I wanted to work with food, starting early to get creative in the kitchen.

I specialise in Vegan foods however am confidently able to accommodate those who are gluten intolerant as well as those who follow these ‘diets’:  

  • Macrobiotics

  • Raw Food

  • Jayne & Fod Map (primarily no onion/no garlic)

  • Whole Food Plant-Based 

As well as being a nutritionist specialising in Vegan foods, you will feel safe in the knowledge that you will be getting the right information on balance, food combining and plant-based nutrition.

As a ‘Personal Chef’, I work with you to create tailor made recipes that you and your family can enjoy, whatever your situation is.

Whether you have a busy schedule and don’t have much time for cooking, whether you don’t have the patience to cook meals from scratch, whether you don’t feel you have the right cookings skills, whether you are low on energy and therefore can’t face the task of cooking, whether you are cooking on a tight budget, whatever the reason, I can guide you back to health and back into your kitchen with confidence.

I have worked with those who still enjoy eating meat and fish with the view to reducing their intake and they have found the dishes we have created together delicious, filling and full on flavour and happily satisfied to give up meat, fish and dairy ‘some’ if not all of the time.
